Hi, I'm Marlys


I am passionate about health and wellness. Earning a degree in Psychology piqued my interest, especially in the mind - body connection and gave me the tools I needed to start me on the path of teaching.

I have always looked to make authentic connections with people I meet, whether it was working on Bay Street, attending births as a doula, photographing babies and moms, raising kids, teaching yoga, volunteering with schools and sport teams, owning and managing a yoga studio or doing Shamanic/Reiki healing sessions.

I look to see the spark of light and pure love inside everyone. It is my mission to help others to see their spark, use their spark and be the spark that lights the way ahead - to pure love.




We are here to support you through the ups and downs of these times. You will have access to a virtual community that gathers for live classes each week or you can watch them later at your own convenience.
